Darcy Bainbridge currently works as an Aquatic Specialist at the YMCA of Three Rivers in Southern Ontario, and has worked in aquatics at a variety of non-profit and publicly funded facilities over the last ten years. She holds a degree in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University, and is currently studying Advertising and Marketing Communications at Algonquin College.
Darcy has taken an outside-the-box approach to promoting lifeguarding by posting videos on TikTok, where she has grown the YMCAs of Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo TikTok account to over 6000 followers.
