We're Canadian grown, internationally known and 100% rooted in on-deck operational experience in commercial swimming pools. From front door to filter room, we provide a range of services to help you run the best pool possible. We take zero financial incentives or commissions for any products, so we have no reason to tell you anything other than the truth. We work in this industry because we love what we do!
Katie Crysdale
Founder
Katie founded Lakeview Aquatic Consultants to help solve pool problems and share better information. Her career started as a lifeguard and swim instructor before spending nearly a decade as a commercial (municipal) aquatic manager. Unlike other consultants, she's worked on pool decks and in filter rooms for thousands of hours.
During that time juggling staff schedules, pool operations, procurement, capital projects, programming, public relations and everything in between, Katie consistently saw a lack of information sharing between aquatic facilities and reoccurring operational problems.
In addition to teaching award-winning Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) classes monthly, Katie regularly consults on pool operations, supporting new aquatic facilities, coaching pool managers, and connecting poolies across the industry.
Whether it's new products, industry trends, project pitfalls and everything in between, Katie's goal is to be honest about all aspects of the aquatic industry so you can make better informed decisions to operate your pool. It’s a gift every single day to be able to teach, invest & shape pool operators that work to protect the public and work alongside so many dedicated poolies.
