Registration for the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) class taught on Zoom by experienced, award-winning instructor Katie Crysdale.

The 16-hour program is split over four (4) consecutive days with four (4) hour blocks: three (3) days of instruction, followed by one (1) day of online testing via the website Prometric. Registration includes one (1) CPO test attempt. Retests are $65 each and limited to three (3) attempts total. 

Live attendance is required on Zoom for all classes on all days. The virtual class is a dynamic learning environment with a full PowerPoint slide deck; Q & A; extra help before & after class, plus optional learning resources. 

Students must have access to a computer, tablet or combination of electronic devices with up-to-date software, including audio and video capabilities, plus a stable internet connection. 

Textbooks ship from Alberta via Canada Post. Please be sure to enter a shipping address at checkout or else the textbook will be sent to the billing address automatically. A tracking number will be provided via email. 

If you are paying on behalf of someone else, there will be a field during checkout to enter the student's name & contact information. Each student must have an individual (not shared) email address.
